He received his MD Degree from the University of Michigan in 1973 following which he completed a family practice residency at the University of Minnesota. Originally board certified in family practice in 1976, Dr. Kelsey previously practiced family medicine at the Frederic Clinic in Frederic, Wisconsin and most recently was affiliated with the New Buffalo Medical Center.
